Channel 195 and 1165, START T.V.

I am still having issues with START T.V. It still messes up, it has peroids of blurry spurts. the technetion told me the issue was for the whole Monvalley here in Pa. It has definatly improved since Monday 12-7-20. But it still needs improving. Thank You
