Channel 1115 Newsmax freezes on X1 service

Only 1115 freezes. I have no Roku or streaming apps to watch Newsmax on 1115 but only the tv box.  I turned in my older one and channel 1115 still freezes. Very frustrating. I turned off everything to reset everything and still happens.

Good afternoon, user_omefg9! You are at the right place for further help with Newmax. I apologize that has been freezing up. We want all of your stations working great all the time! Replacing the box and resetting it are good steps to try. Have you also tried the System Refresh signal? That can help with freezing or pixelation.

Just tried the refresh signal procedure and it still freezes on channel 1115 Newsmax. It freezes after about every 10 minutes and I wait and it comes back on but I lost the live broadcast going on in that few minutes. Very frustrating.

Yes, frustrating to be going through that, user_omefg9! I agree! Makes it tough to follow along with a new story with that going on! You have completed the other troubleshooting steps already so I will need to access your account from here. We can run some tests and go from there.
