I'm having same issue. 8 customer service representatives and 5 hours later...they blame Newsmax for feed issue....say they are working on it. I hate xfinity. 35+ years of poor service
@user_0lwihb I just got back from speaking directly to a rep at an xfinity store about this. I was told by both her and her boss that newsmax was removed from the popular TV plan and is only available in the ultimate TV plan, which is approximately $30 more per month. I feel this is a form of censorship on the part of Xfinity.

Hello, thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I did check on my end, and I see this channel should be available. When you get to this channel, are you getting an error message? If you access the channel on the Stream App, is it gone for you there as well when you're connected to your home network?
Newsmax mysteriously reappeared in my channel lineup in the evening of April 9 without any explanation. It astounds me that NOBODY at Comcast can explain why it simply disappeared for a day then reappeared. It is no longer an emergency for me, however I will be looking for a replacement service for my television viewing.
