changes in channels?

The channels I pay for are no longer coming through., I was not notified that anything has changed. I have tried to find the info on line and it is not available. I have reached out to talk or even chat with a live person and it hasn't happened. Why am I not getting what I pay for? I am really tired of things being so difficult. I should not have to work so hard to get help with something I pay for !!!!!!!

@user_2cgvpg What channels are you having this issue with? Are they all saying a subscription is needed?

@user_2cgvpg We can look closer into this on our end today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Yes. It should look like a speech bubble.
