Hey there, Netflix is not a channel, it is a streaming service, you would need to download the Netflix app and create an account or visit the Netflix website to do it.

Thank you for the info. I am aware that I don’t have a channel named Netflix and l can ask for the streaming service if l want to pay extra for that.
