Hey, @user_97702e! Thanks for reaching out to us! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with trying to view the hockey games on Center Ice. Looking into those codes it looks like you might have some issues either with the channel itself or your cable box is having issues reaching out to the headend. Have you tried doing a power cycle on the cable box (unplugging the power for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in)?

Thanks for advices! Issue is only with Center Ice. Power cycle did not help but system update helped one time.

Today again the same issue with all Center Ice games.Power cycle did. It help. No time to do system update (takes 10-20 mins).

All other channels works well.

@user_97702e Sorry autocorrection changed text. Shortly, no help from power cycle.

Gotcha! On the back of the cable box, does the coax cable go into a wall plate, or does it go into a splitter before going to a wall plate? I just want to rule out a bad splitter if there is one on the line.

Thank you for attempting that. Can you let me know what the last XRE error code you received was?

Today the code was 03137. I waited quite a long time with the same channel (3085) while it was trying again and again.

I tried also another Center Ice game but with the same code. I checked with xfinity app if there are would have been issue with connection but connection should have been fine.

Thank you for reaching back out to us. I would like to pick up where we left off. It looks like I was trying to see if you had a splitter on the coax line going from the back of the cable box to the wall or if the coax cable line plugged right into the wall.

There is a splitter for Xfinity internet box in the line.

Sometimes bypassing the splitter can help because you will get a better signal without it. This is something worth trying. Even if it’s just a temporary test.
