CBS sound issues

CBS sound goes off for periods of time and changes from English to Spanish.

Hello, @user_3wg036! Thanks for creating a post within our community forum regarding those sound issues on the CBS channel. You've come to a great place for support! Our team is amazing to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly. I'm not seeing any reports of known issues with that channel, so may I ask what troubleshooting you've tried so far such as a restart of the TV Box or logging in and out of the Xfinity Stream app, depending on which method you're using to watch that channel?

We’ve recently have had troubles with CBS audio also. The show is very low in volume then the ads are super loud. Then there are days we have the opposite happen, the shows audio is loud and the commercials are super low.  I’ve also recently noticed a similar problem with NBC. We were watching Seth Myers and his volume was normal but any clips they showed you could not hear.
