CBS Dispute

We have not had access to CBS for 2 weeks. I realize you are saying that the dispute is for the customers benefit but this is absurd. Considering how much we pay each month this lack of service is unfair. I fully expect that customers will receive a partial refund. If I didn’t live in a neighborhood that only has Xfinity, I definitely would be switching to Verizon. What an unfair situation.

Going on month 2 sans CBS and Xfinity Corp is not reducing our bill nor planning on doing so per conventions.  Why is this not billing fraud.  Places call to SCC and they could assist if it was telephone.  Customers need to bombard Xfinity Corp.  Calls will be made to FCC & AG's Office to see if they have recourse.
