CBS Dispute
We have not had access to CBS for 2 weeks. I realize you are saying that the dispute is for the customers benefit but this is absurd. Considering how much we pay each month this lack of service is unfair. I fully expect that customers will receive a partial refund. If I didn’t live in a neighborhood that only has Xfinity, I definitely would be switching to Verizon. What an unfair situation.
