CBS Allaccess

I have Amazzon Prime Video on my Smart TV and I have a trial subscription to CBS Allaccess.  However, I am unable to watch some of the programs on my tv; only on my phone or computer.  The message is this show is unavailable for viewing on this device.  Why is this?  I want the availability to watch any of my CBS Allaccess programs on any of my devices.  Please help and advise how this can be corrected/accomplished!!     Eagerly awaiting a reply!!!!!    Thank you!!!
