CBS all access
I was told that I was able to access the CBS ALL ACCESS on my XFinity X1 but when I tried to sign by provider I'm unable to do so. It's supposed to be a free deal with Xfinity. When will I be able to access this app?

CBS All Access is NOT free to Comcast users. Not sure where you heard that.
Only Peacock Premium is free.

You may be confusing CBS All Access with NBC Peacock, which is free (at least, at certain Comcast levels).
