Can’t use peacock says account already linked

Im attempting to use peacock with my Xfinity but it states it’s already linked to an account and when I try to log in it just tells me to subscribe

Thanks for reaching out @user_lxuu0d! This sounds like a Peacock entitlement linking issue, where the Xfinity Peacock benefit may be tied to a different Peacock email or the activation did not complete correctly.

 

A quick step you can try now:
Please go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and sign in with your primary Xfinity ID. If Peacock shows as active, select Help & more info and look for the option to Unlink Peacock account, then choose “No, please use another account” to link the Peacock account you want to use going forward.
