Can’t use free peacock subscription anymore!

I have had Xfinity and peacock since it launched in 2019 and now all of a sudden it wants me to choose a plan. When I try to reactivate Peacock, it says my Xfinity plan is already linked to an email. But I only have one email…I did have an old Xfinity account and I’ve even tried to use that login, but it won’t work. I’ve tried chatting with Xfinity annd Peacock and no help!
