Can't see most channels on 2 of the 5 tv boxes Error message xre-03121

I went through as many channels as I had time to do and most don't work. I get the Error message xre-03121.  I unplugged the boxes or refreshed then they work. But I turn them off and the next day I get the same message.  I have to do the unplug or refresh every day. The other boxes work fine.  I exchanged these 2 boxes because of this problem and it didn't help.  What's going on?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
