Can't get TCM on any of my 3 cable boxes

I have posted something earlier on this issue, but I left the TV on TCM for a few minutes and an error code popped up at the bottom of a screen.  Gemini told me to post this:

I am receiving error code XRE-03136 specifically on TCM (Turner Classic Movies) across my primary box, while other channels in my More Sports & Entertainment package (like NFL RedZone) work normally. Additionally, secondary boxes (box2 and box3) are stuck in a 'Status Unavailable' state despite enabling MoCA on the gateway. Please perform an channel frequency / rate-code reprovisioning hit for TCM and refresh the MoCA network binding for my account.
