Can't cancel Choice TV plan

I'd like to remove the Choice TV plan from my internet plan.  I don't watch tv, nor do I even have one, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to remove it.

Hello @user_93f464, I really appreicate you taking the time to create this post and for trying to remove that service on your end. Depending on the promotion you have, we typically bundle TV services, so it wouldn't be an add-on that can just be removed. I can help make sure you have the services that are best for your home. When you get a chance, go ahead and reply to our DM with your full name and full address? 

Me too, I want just internet no tv. Please.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
