Can’t activate peacock premium

Can’t activate peacock premium. Keep getting red error box saying other email in use for peacock premium. That was set up with a Walmart plus membership but I don’t have that anymore, so I want premium through Xfinity. We are eligible, but can’t get it to work. (Btw-every time I click peacock as a tag it crashes the typing up of post)…
