Cannot find a way to upgrade Paramount+ from Essentials to Premium
I’m trying to upgrade my account from Paramount+ Essentials to Premium. I tried going to “Apps and Subscriptions” on my TV as was told to do by a rep, but the app is not listed there. When I go to the Paramount+ website, it says I signed up with Xfinity and to check with Xfinity. I also chatted with a Paramount+ agent, and they said any modifications need to be done with Xfinity since it’s billed through Xfinity.
Is there any way to do this? I really want to upgrade to Premium, but this seems impossible with Xfinity. It’s like my account doesn’t exist. The Xfinity agents claim they can’t do anything on their end, so I’m stuck with this Essentials plan.
How can this be so difficult?

To upgrade to Premium, the current subscription must be canceled, and then you can purchase the desired plan directly from Paramount Plus.
