Cannot connect with cable on my TV
Remote is not working; cannot access xfinity cable on my Samsung TV. Samsung remote works for apps.
I have tried to do the remote reset, and have replaced the batteries, and checked the connection of the box.
Please help

@user_if7rpm Thanks for letting us know what you've already tried. Since the Samsung TV functions are working, the remote may no longer be communicating with the Xfinity TV Box. Please let us know whether the remote's LED light responds when you press buttons. We'll be happy to help with additional troubleshooting steps.
