Cannot activate Peacock Premium
Free Peacock Premium is listed on my last 2 statements, so I know I should have it and thought I had been using it (we watch Peacock every day and had canceled our subscription that was directly with Peacock), but today it says I need to upgrade to watch Peacock. Xfinity chat does nothing. I am told to log in when I am already logged in…that is how I got to chat! I am given a sign in link that results in a 404 error. I ask to talk to someone and am told to log in again. I haven’t changed my internet speed -still have gig- and yet it doesn’t show me how to activate. Peacock isn’t listed when I go to activate - i have even searched for it in the activation panel and it isn’t there. I saw in a different forum response that I may need some kind of special billing code? Please help.
