Canceling premium subscriptions Netflix Premium, HBO and Starz

Hi, looking to reduce my monthly fee by cancelling Netflix Premium, HBO and Starz but I am unable to do it though the manage subscriptions portal, need to contact you guys. Please let me know the exact process to cancel these subscriptions as the are over $100 usd in my monthly fee and I cannot afford them any longer. Thank you!
