Can you get last night's episode of Project Runway with Xfinity on demand (You have both TV and Internet)?

We do not have Xfinity internet, just Xfinity TV. My wife is wondering if we can see past episodes of Project Runway just using the Xfinity TV remote, if we add Xfinity Internet? We would not need additional subscriptions to Hulu or some other provider?
