Can I get a list of ONLY the channels I subscribe to?

How can I get a list of ONLY the channels I am able to view according to my package? I have been directed to the view my channels list which is 10 pages but it still has channels listed that I do not subscribe to.

Hello @user_67c39c, we appreciate you reaching out to our team regarding your channel lineup. You can view your channel lineup through our Xfinity MyAccount app, is this where you are viewing the lineup?

@XfinityGabby​ yes. I am logged in and it pulls up 10 pages of channels using my address.

To send a Private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

Comcast makes it easy to see the  channels you CAN subscribe to, but makes it difficult to see the channels you are already subscribed to. In other words, easy to buy, difficult to cancel, which is the vintage Comcast gouge.

I have tried, in vain, to get a list of the channels I actually subscribe to, but it seems to be impossible.  All I get is a list of the channels which are AVAILABLE but not the ones I pay for.

We are glad to help with the channels you are subscribed to @gnome24. If you look at your statement it shows your current TV package name such as Choice, Popular, or Ultimate. This link shows our Channel Lineups side by side. You can slide down to see all of the channels included with your plan.

 

If you have an X1 box you can also press Guide twice and change the Guide view to Free to Me which shows only your channels. 

 

Please let me know if you are able to review your channel lineup in either of those ways or if you need additional help.
