Cable out for over a week

On Monday December 8th,they were out to “update”,since then I’ve had no cable,all the stations have pixels.I’ve spoken with 4 representatives been told they’ll be out 3 times to fix it and still nothing.Now I have to wait till December 22nd them to come out,totally unacceptable.I need this fixed immediately,you should be embarrassed of your customer service,it’s a disgrace.
