Cable channels

Can I get a credit for not receiving cable channels for about a week now , I called and they told me they have to send out another technician this Saturday. It’s so frustrating that I pay so much for cable and can’t watch my tv shows

Hi there @Keke50, I am sorry to hear that you are not able to change your user role. Only primary and managers are able to change other profiles user roles. @XfinityRoberto: Your link leads to a "404" error page. Perhaps you meant to post https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/designate-users-restricted-or-unrestricted? Also, you wrote "Only primary and managers are able to change other profiles user roles", which is incorrect. As the support article states, only Primary users can change user roles.

I am so confused, my account says I’m the manager The Who is the primary user , I have been with Comcast for a very long time and I’ve been the only user on my account, so I’m confused is someone else using my account
