cable cards
I had TV premium until 10 days ago when I made the mistake of changing my plan to gig speed with TV Plus. I can live with less channels. I three channels. BUT I need Regional sports network to watch my Warriors. Now when I try and change my plan back they tell me I can't use cable cards with my TIVO anymore. I don't want to use your 4K TV Box, I am perfectly happy with TIVO

pbuck00 Thanks for reaching out to us here to let us know about the issue you have been experiencing with your new plan, I would be happy to help! In 2024 Xfinity stopped supporting Cable cards, so once a CableCARD has been removed from an account, it may not be possible to add it back. I can take a look and see if it is possible to re add the cards to the account and also check to see what options we have to help with the regional sports channels as well.
