Bruibox Code of Silence

We have been trying to watch "Britbox Code of Silence" but all we

we see is the searching icon.  We subscribe to Britbox and are able to watch all their offerings.  We live in Mount Joy, Pa.  How do we get to watch this series and WHY have we not been able to do so?

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_lwfmcz. I can understand the frustration when you can't watch what you'd like. I had an issue with selecting my User in Netflix the other day. No issue with my remote, just Netflix. Are you able to watch other shows on Britbox?

Yes I am able to watch all other Britbox offerings on my TV.  It is Prime video that I'm having trouble with.  They will not "find" this program but can and mwill find everything else from Britbox.

To start, are you accessing Prime content through the Xfinity Stream App on a smart TV, or are you using one of our X1 TV Boxes?

We have Xfinity service with one of their Modems.  We can address Prime with both an apple device and/or a smart TV. either provides us with all Britbox offerings EXECPT "Code of Silence". That indicates either Xfinity is not allowing access to that particular program or that Prime video is not providing it to our area.  Prime Video claims that we should be able to view ALL Britbox programs.

Hi there, @user_lwfmcz I'm very sorry for the trouble that you are experiencing with not being able to view Code of Silence. Since you are accessing Britbox through Prime Viceo we would not have any control on what Prime Video shows and not show, have you reached out to Amazon Prime?-Richard

The last sentence of my last note should indicate that I have reached out to Prime Video and their reply that I should be able to View ALL Britbox offerings.
