BravesVision Issues

BravesVision consistently has a bad signal. What is the issue? Xfinity has a building in The Battery. How can’t they get if figured out so people can watch from home?

I keep getting code XRE-03090 every time I watch a game.

@user_1ic3y4 thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Xfinity Community Forums page! I'd like to do everything I can with the BravesVision picture quality you are receiving. How is the picture quality on the rest of your channels? Have you noticed the XRE error message on other channels?

Thanks for reaching out. We are not having this issue on any other channels. We are consistently seeing error message

XRE-03090 only on BravesVision Channel 1254.

@user_1ic3y4 got it, thanks for confirming. For that XRE error code reference our article: XRE-03090 - Sorry, we’re having trouble connecting - X1 error message. If you've already followed the steps outlined there, please send a direct message including your full name and service address, and we can get started anytime.

 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

Every time I tried to watch the Atlanta Braves on Braves vision channel 1254 on Xfinity the picture freezes, I lose audio, the picture freezes again, I lose audio, I get to the point where I finally just give up and can’t watch the channel. I’m going to get Braves vision taken off of my Xfinity and it’s a shame cause I’m a big Braves fan, but why should I pay for something I can’t watch Xfinity should be embarrassed

My picture freezes constantly and I’m fed up with Braves vision and Xfinity I’ve had Xfinity for 34 years and this is just total ****!
