Why are you charging me for a regional sports package in the Atlanta area and not providing us with Braves Baseball? It one or the other give me Braves baseball or stop charging me for something you don’t provide.

Hello, @user_3pk3y8. Thank you for your post! The portion of the Regional Sports Fee impacted by the Bally Sports agreement expiration is being refunded and removed moving forward. Many areas have multiple regional sports networks, so you may not see a complete removal of the fee itself. For the most up-to-date information, make sure you check out https://www.xfinity.com/facts.
