My bill just went up again to $250.00 for the old version triple Play. I need to get this down or I have to cancel my service. I tried Chat and its impossible to talk to a real person. I guess my only option is to cancel the Cabel and get my streaming services on my own like my neighbors. I will not be getting streaming services through Comcast. I have been a customer for well over 30 years and can't get a good deal for serveral years now. I'm retired and can't keep paying $250 a month for these services.
