Big10 Network

The Big10 network still says I need a subscription and will not appear on the Stream app. Is there a fix for this?

A system refresh solved the issue on my Stream app and the BigTen Network appeared as Free To Me in the guide the next day, after the overnight guide refresh I assume. I was out of town and called the customer service number and the Voice Assistant triggered the system refresh remotely but I am sure it was the same system refresh you can trigger yourself using the “A” button on the remote.

Yeah, me too. Shows up on my home tv, but don’t show up on the app. Says it’s not included in our package, but they just included it.

Hello, @user_pd7k59 are you still continuing to experience this issue? Were you able to perform a system refresh to resolve this issue? The Xfinity App troubleshooting section is really handy for performing this task as well.
