Big ten network

I used to have xfinity TV. I dropped it cause I could not get BTN in my area. While 1 mile down the road they can. If I want a specific channel I should be able to get it. Was thinking of going back to xfinity tv but looking at the channel lineup I still can't! WHY? If I want to pay for a channel I should be able to get it. Who do I need to get ahold of and request/complain to to get this done??

I live in the state of Washington. I have always been able to access the Big Ten Network on my Comcast Xfinity cable service in the past, but not this year.  I was directed to go to Xfinity and upgrade to the channel there, but there is no access point to do so on that link. Please explain how I can get the Big Ten Network on Xfinity. Can I call Xfinity and request this additional channel, or do so somewhere on the internet? Thanks

@user_c8ac58  Thank you for reaching out to us here at the Xfinity Community Forums regarding availability of the Big Ten Network in your area. I would love to assist you with getting that network added to your current lineup to enjoy.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

I no longer work for Comcast.
