Big Ten Network Philly

When did the Big Ten Network move off of the Sports and Entertainment package? I’ve paid for the Sp & E package for years and have always received BTN. Now I’ve come to find out it has been moved to the Ultimate TV package which would cost me an additional $25/month! In all marketing material and on xfinity sites the BTN is branded as part of the Sp & E. There has no communication of this change. This is unacceptable, and needs to be rectified. With reinstatement of channel on Sp & E or my acct credited to offset any additional charge.
