BBC News Disappeared
Our channel for BBC News is 171. Now when I go to it, it flips to 1171 and says I need a subscription??? Anyone know what's happening?

Remove the show the best resolution preference and it will display channel 171. It just happened to me

Why would we have to pay for BBC-HD if I have regular BBC and have never had problem with getting HD channels before? All my other channels switch to the HD versions.

Same issue here, BBC World HD was added in the last few days, worked fine Friday but since yesterday getting a subscription error when trying to tune in (SD has always worked fine). My guess is something not quite dialed in right with the new HD channel.

So wired . I can watch st my friends house same company. On Xfinity.
Cannot get here at my house just 3 Miles away.
What heck is going on.
I only watch bbc news.
Why is it giving me error message must subscribe
Yet there is no place to subscribe on app or online.
Vsllung in takes 40 minutes on hold.
