Ballysport
Had Ballysports Midwest for many years. Due to contract dispute it was removed. Xfinity and Ballysport signed new contract and was to come back on 8-1-24. So I went to channel guide to Ballysport and I says I need to subscribe. Why should I have to pay for something I already had,plus I pay for regional sports fee? I called Xfinity today 8-1-24 and was told here was no contract and Xfinity has nothing to do with Ballysport

Because they changed Bally to a premium tier, whether or not you already pay for the sports package. Basically Bally is now an HBO type package.

Hi there, @storck2203 Thank you for reaching out. Customers who want Bally Sports and don’t subscribe to the Digital Preferred or Ultimate TV packages will need to upgrade their video package. Customers who do not upgrade to the Digital Preferred or Ultimate TV packages will continue to receive credits based on the removal of Bally Sports from their current video package.-Richard
