Bally Sports/Royals

When is Comcast going to settle with Diamond/Bally so we can watch the KC Royals again? This is the main reason we pay out the nose for cable. Other providers are able to broadcast Bally's so what is the problem with Comcast? And what is a Regional Sports Fee? It is $7.50 but we get a measly $4.70 credit. Comcast just keeps getting to be a bigger and bigger rip-off. Paying well over $200/mo for stuff we could mostly watch for free on antenna tv. I guess it's about time to switch.
