Bally Sports

Can anyone help me out with this? I pay for the Sports Extra add on—now that Bally Sports is back, why is it not available to me? Very infuriating @Xfinity Support

Apparently Bally is now a premium tier such as HBO and the like. Even if you already have the sports package! Outrageous.

I think this is the last straw for me personally

It’s telling me that I am not subscribed to the channel. Before the dispute between Xfinity and Bally, it was part of my channel lineup—without even needing the Sports Extra package. Now, it is telling me that I am not subscribed to get the channel. It’s pretty infuriating honestly

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

@user_bryan1 .....did you get a satisfactory answer about this ? 
I also was getting Bally Sports up until May 1.....did get the credit in June/July, but now my bill went back up(no credit) and I get no Bally Sports.
I see/realize the company line is that I need to upgrade to Ultimate TV, but does not feel right that my bill went back up and I get nothing. Infuriating is a good word choice.

joe_9935 We were able to come to an agreement with Bally sports, but we had to put it in a higher package per the results of the agreement. The adjustment was for having to drop it while negotiating, but now with the option back the adjustments have completed, and it is an option for our customers again.

@XfinityEricB , thanks for the explanation, which makes sense when something is taken away that the price decreases.
My issue is that my price increased(adjustment removed)......and I got NOTHING back.

If BSN is no longer in my lower-tier TV package, then there should be no Regional Sports Fee, and hence a reduced price.

But, I know.....that is not how it works with xfinity.
