Bally sports channel 402

Anyone else having issues with channel 402 Bally sports channel Florida  not working.  
ballys channel 401 sun works fine

but when I go to channel 402.  Nothing happens I get a message saying they will trouble shoot.  But it still won’t work. Been

Happing for about 5 days or so.. any help
