Bad TV box

One of my TV boxes goes RDK 03004 multiple times per week, usually first thing in the morning, then resolves in a couple of hours.  I have gone through troubleshooting steps multiple times with no help and get stuck in the dreaded Xfinity Assistant loop.  This is happening more and more frequently.  Can I just exchange to box, please?
