bad connection-

waited on line 45 min & 1 hr (until they hung up on me)  never did reach a real person-  we have gone 3 days without tv service!!!!  like you care--  I pay my bill on time & have been a member for 50+ yrs-  Your service is not cheap- (& not the greatest)  How do we get help with our service????  Sarah--

The quickest and most reliable way to get updates about service interruptions in your area is by visiting:
https://www.xfinity.com/support/status
You can also check the same information anytime through the Xfinity app.
If it’s easier, you can text OUT to 266278 (COMCST) to see if there are any interruptions near you. (Data and messaging rates may apply.) You can also choose to receive a text notification as soon as your Xfinity services are restored. I hope this information helps!
