apple tv subscription not activating

The same problem I see hundreds of other people having. I signed up for the bundle and was able to activate peacock, Netflix, Hulu, Disney - all with no problem. When I first tried to activate Apple TV we had an account/subscription. That account subscription is now ended - yet when I click on the activate Apple TV link from Xfinity it always says the same thing - experienced a problem. it doesn't work on any tv, any service, etc. Please send me a new activation link that I can try to use. Please help been trying to solve this for weeks.

@user_s1chv3 Our team can help. I'm sorry to hear that the issue is happening on multiple cable boxes and your Apple TV. In theory if you already have Apple TV you should be able to enter your existing email address or Apple ID, Click Continue and follow the on-screen prompts. I would like to troubleshoot with you to resolve this. Can you first log out of the Apple TV devices, uninstall it and reinstall it again and log in with your primary username.  Try using incognito mode and click on this link to see if that Apple TV subscription shows in your list to activate at  xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.

We have tried all of those solutions. When I sign into my Apple TV account using my log-in from a fresh browser or even a newly downloaded app, it doesn't recognize me as having an active account though the bundle, it just offers me the free trial etc.
