apple tv+ sound

When watching Apple TV+ shows sound and video stops about every 5 minutes. I see that this issue has been logged many times on this forum with different solutions given from Xfinity, but I have yet to see that this issue has been resolved. Am I missing something? Have I just not found the answer on this forum? Seems to have been an ongoing issue for quite a while. Calling Xfinity is useless.
