App pictures not showing up

None of the pictures for the shows in guide or apps are showing up

Hi, @user_494948. That is certainly an odd situation for sure. It seems like the device may be having some trouble loading data. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps for far? It may help to do a general reboot of the device. Lastly, do you see this on all the boxes in the home?

Hey there, @user_9bedcd. Are you showing this issue on all cable boxes in the home? Also, have you tried restarting the cable boxes?

I have the same problem ONLY ONE TV.

Restarting the Wi-Fi cable box for the TV will fix it for about 2 or 3 days then you have to do it again. I have replaced the cable box and the hdmi and it has not resolved the issue.

Anyone find a fix for this.  I have been having the same problem.   No images on the channel guide or the apps.  Restarting the box fixes it temporarily but then the problem returns.

Xfinity/Comcast this is a problem!!!  
We are all having it.  Rebooted and still same issue. 
All other TV’s are fine. 
What to do?  
I have largest internet package offered. 
Shows replace I got box didn’t work for one person. 
You have an issue here. 
This is on my biggest TV. 
Again help
