Anyway to start a petition to add Food Network to Starter Latino?

I have spoken with two Comcast reps, and none of the Latino packages includes Food Network. based on the graphs,it seems FOOD is the only channel on the English Starter lineup that is NOT on the Latino Starter. I am sure many of our Latino friends and relatives would love to have FOOD network since traditionally most Latinos LOVE to cook. So how do we get the ball rolling? The English line up on Latino is surprisingly robust and FOOD seems like a major omission
