AMC+ show Better Call Saul locked

Hello,

I was hoping to check out the show Better Call Saul since it is included in the current free AMC+ week feature. However, when I go to the page of the show, all the episodes are locked, despite other AMC+ shows being ready to play. I was wondering if something was wrong with this show's streaming archive, or if it is not included in the promo despite being listed, or what the status of the show might be?

Hmm, I guess this show is going to remain a subscription-only series throughout the promotional event? Weird, it's on the catalog for titles to be included in the "Free this Week" event, but it just never changed to be available without buying episodes or buying that service.

@suenxfi I would love to get to the bottom of this so you can watch Better Call Saul. I am not seeing a free week. Are you referring to the free preview trial period when you sign up for seven days? Do you have a screenshot you can share for us?

When I open my Xfinity Stream app it shows it’s only available to buy. When I try through my cable box it's available to watch. When I select the watch options it also shows Netflix. I was able to start the episodes on both.
