Amazon Music
For quite some time we were able to access Amazon music through an apt that was available through our Xfinity account. We just discovered that this has not been available for several months yet this occurred with no notice from Xfinity and no reduction in cost from you. We would expect to receive some reimbursement for being charged for something that we no longer receive. If this is not the avenue to resolve this please inform me what steps should be taken to receive an appropriate response. [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Over time, our channel lineup, apps, features, and available content can change as agreements and platform offerings evolve. These changes are outlined in our subscriber agreements and service terms, which reserve the right to add, modify, or remove services and content.
While Amazon Music may no longer be available through the Xfinity experience, the removal of a third-party app does not typically result in a change to your monthly service rate, as pricing is based on your subscribed services rather than any individual app.
