All major networks pixelated

All channels come in clear on primary device. Secondary tv that is connected by wifi is working fine EXCEPT for all the major networks: ABC, CBS, NBC. Those are all pixelated and have audio issues. I've done the troubleshooting available for device and performed system refresh.

Had the same problem.  Had to call and have a technician reset.  This has happened more than a few times.

I may have to do that. I've already spent way too much time trying to resolve this problem on my own.

What troubleshooting did you try?

I tried all troubleshooting available on xfinity website. I checked all cable connections, ran system refresh, checked for correct input, restarted box connected to secondary tv, checked for software updates, and went through setting up the network again. Still no change, all channels work except the major networks.

I am having the same problem with pixelated channels.  It is so frustrating and we can't watch TV most of the time.   It is so frustrating considering I pay $300 a month for cable/internet.  I can't reach anyone at Comcast customer service to help me.  I want to make an appointment to have a technician out.

Hi @user_0287ce! Thank you for sharing your experience here on the Xfinity Help & Support Forum. Sorry for the experience you're having. I know how frustrating this must be if you aren't able to enjoy your favorite shows and movies and want to help by reviewing your account and helping get a tech out if needed. Because of your highly monthly rate, I'd also like to discuss new billing packages that may help lower that rate. To get assistance, please create your own post with the details of your experience (copy & paste is fine) so we can get started. Chat with you soon.
