AI bot not answering questions
I signed up for TV Core- Next Gen and cannot find an actual channel line up anywhere. The bot just gives me the list of every channel. Could I please get an actual list of what channels I'm supposed to be getting?

I see it's been more than 24 hours and you haven't received a response. You should be able to click the link on this page, sign in and then see your customized channel lineup: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/id11-channel-lineup . If that doesn't work for you and you want to speak with someone, sadly the only way I know of to actually reach a human being at Xfinity is to say "disconnect service" when you call. Their automated phone system seems designed to prevent you from actually resolving any issues unless your request falls within one of their set parameters.

Hello user_4o430w! Thanks for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with locating your channel lineup with our TV Core services. I'm sorry that the automated system was not able to answer the question for you, but you found the right place for help. Similar to what @jeffsanfrancisc (thank you for helping out) shared you can access your lineup here. You should be prompted to enter your address and from there you will be able to view the TV Core lineup as well as compare our additional channel options.
