Adding Individual Channels
I currently have the basic plan with an Entertainment channel addon. I wanted to add CNN to my plan but am unable to find a method online to do so. Any suggestions?

You can't add channels à la carte; you would need to upgrade to the package that has that channel with the price for that package.
