Add Utah 16 to channel line up

I need Xfinity to add Utah 16 to the channel line up. This is so I can watch Utah Hockey Club broadcasts on Xfinity versus having to switch to Over the Air antenna. I'm already paying a local broadcast fee so this should be included.
